Our Weekly Menu {Gluten Free} 02.10.13

Happy February!  This is one of my favorite months with Valentine's Day and my birthday!  It's fun stuff.  Here's what we're planning for meals this week.  My hubby and I are not too interested in going out on Valentine's Day and battling the crowds so we're are planning a low-key night in {with his favorite dinner} and then a whole date day this weekend!  My in-laws will be in town to watch the kiddos and give us a day off just the two of us!  Love hanging out with my sweetie!!  Have a happy love week.

MONDAY: Chicken Taquitos with corn tortillas

WEDNESDAY: Grilled Vegetable Ciabatta Sandwiches *can also substitute Udi's rolls

THURSDAY: Valentine's Dinner My hubby's favorite: Chicken Marsala with Quinoa Pasta and Roasted Asparagus

SATURDAY: Out to dinner!
